Spring Break part II: Skiing Hatchers Pass

Here are some of the panoramic pictures from the trip, it gives you a better idea of how expansive the mountains are in Alaska.

These were from the Ferry leaving Whittier.
This was in Valdez at the bottom of our cat road.
Top of Bowl 1 in Valdez
Top of Bowl 1 again
Top of Bowl 2

A great shot of bowl 2 with the cat in it. Those are our tracks as we had already skiied it once.

Bottom of Bowl 1. Such a great run in the middle of this pic.

A hike we did into Keystone canyon outside of Valdez

We headed home after a few days on the road to do some skiing at Hatcher's pass (our backyard playground). Once again we were blessed with amazing weather and snow conditions.

Another beautiful day

Almost at the top
Victory beer
Cole approves

That was a good run

Where's the chairlift?

Cole looks like an alien

Here are a few more panoramics

These are at Hatcher's Pass

This is up at Thompson Pass near Valdez
We sent Cole off with some corned beef and guiness in him. Don't know how they let him get on the plane like that.
